Pajito.com will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product except for if manufacturing error are found (as long as the items have not been worn or used).
Please contact us at support@pajito.com to approve an exchange.
Pajito.com has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product,we reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you.
In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem via email at support@pajito.com within 7 days of delivery.
Pajito.com is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Damaged/defective product
A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to support@pajito.com email indicated in your order confirmation email within 7 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
